Music Programs: for the classroom
Peter Lee spoke to out class today about the music programs, Australi and Musition. MAN they seem so so so awesome from what I've seen so far!!! Lets dig into the two...
Auralia

Auralia is an aural training program (is the pun intended? AURALia?? Also is this Au(st)ralia-n? So many unanswered questions...). This program is full of aural exercises, tests and information on all these following topics:

This is SO COOL! SO MUCH INFO! To make it even better, all exercises once listened to and answered, provide INSTANT FEEDBACK! wowwwweeee - lucky students!
Personally, I LOVED my Aural Perception subject at uni the first two years, so this program seems like the funnest thing ever. Would've been super helpful during this subject too. But I'm gonna be playing around with Auralia this week (maybe the holidays too lol) just for funzies!!! Practising your aural skills is so much fun!!!
Musition

Musition is a music theory program for the teacher, helping you integrate syllabus outcomes into your lessons. It does this by forming tests and worksheets that fulfil specific (requested) syllabus outcomes, which you can assign specifically to your students.
Sorry, but if you're a music teacher reading this, I hope you're also freaking out over how much time and effort that would save if Musition WROTE. YOUR. TESTS. FOR. YOU.?!?!?!?! Wow.
It will also do the admin side for you - collating all the results for each student into a report with achievements, marks, and overall grades.
YEAH. It just got cooler!
Have a little look at some of the tests you can create:

If these little reviews haven't sold you enough, then keep reading
Why should I get them?
AP and Theory skills are essential for any good musician. It infiltrates all their musical endeavours within performance, composition and listening. Auralia and Musition are two programs that interact to create engaging, accurate, easy and fun exercises and tests for students to develop their musician skills. I. SAY. DO. IT.
P.S. Not sponsed, but I wish (Peter if you're reading this... hire me!)
